Is it safe to have robots around the public?

Yes. Every deployment includes a certified operator crew and an on-site safety supervisor, with robots insured and acts safety-tested for public spaces.

How does booking work?

Reach out with your event details, and we'll recommend the right robot and plan, confirm logistics and crew, then handle everything on show day — fully managed.

Can the performance be customized to our brand?

Yes. Custom branding, choreography, and AI interaction are available as add-ons on top of our modular act library.

What's included in a rental?

Can we buy a robot instead of renting?

Yes. RFI also offers robot units for purchase, with an optional maintenance subscription — ask our team for a tailored quote.

How far in advance should we book?
